Anisette    Black Currant
Clear in color with a sweet, strong licorice taste and aroma, Torani Anisette is reminiscent of the French apertif but without the alcohol.
 
While some currants resemble raisins, black currants are true berries, related to the gooseberry. Black currants are popularly used to make cassis, a black currant liqueur. Intense currant flavor and a distinctive berry fragrance.

Natural flavor extracts made from fresh cranberries from Michigan and Massachusetts give Torani Cranberry its bright red color and fruity aroma. This ruby red colored syrup delivers the tangy and not-too-sweet flavor of freshly picked pomegranates.   Another of Torani's original syrups, date-flavored Tamarindo was named for the tamarind pods from which it is made. Dark brown in color, Torani Tamarindo reproduces the spice's singular aroma and taste. Great for homemade colas, chutneys, sauces, or as a topping for fruit.
