Clean your machine regularly with Urnex Espresso Machine Cleaner. Urnex cleans built up oils and residues in the group head, solenoids, and water lines. We recommend cleaning at least every other day. Once the machine has been backflushed, make sure to brew a shot and dump it before serving an customers. This will flush out any taste left behind by the soap.
